Description
Leading firm of Accountants are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Assistant to join a team of 6. Due to the implementation of a new Payroll System, this is a busy period of growth for the company and candidates with system implementation experience will be warmly received.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Processing both the weekly and monthly payroll
2. Accurate and timely processing of client payrolls
3. Handling and answering customer enquiries
4. Entering payroll changes - hours of work, change of address, etc.
5. Delivering a world-class service to clients
6. Resolving any payroll queries
To be successfully shortlisted for the role you will:
1. Work comfortably with managing all aspects of Payroll
2. Have at least 2 years payroll experience
3. Be able to demonstrate great communication skills
4. Have experience in Excel and Microsoft Office
5. Be punctual and have excellent attention to detail
6. Demonstrate working in a fast-paced environment
7. Be professional and dressed smart at all times
