Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Support individual and small group learning activities. Help children with special educational needs, ensuring they are included in all classroom activities. Promote positive behavior and assist with classroom management. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of classroom resources and displays. Provide general support during lunchtime and other break periods. Requirements: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Experience working with children in a school setting. Knowledge of the national curriculum and SEN support strategies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
