The Construction Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will be joining a reputable consultancy, celebrated for its excellent project delivery and strong client relationships. You will be stepping into a diverse role with exposure to a variety of high-profile projects.
This firm has a particular niche and expertise in the Hotel & Leisure sectors, working on various luxury, five-star developments across the South. But they also have an upcoming pipeline including Residential, Commercial, Warehousing, and Education schemes. This diverse project base provides a dynamic environment, fostering continuous growth and career advancement.
Working closely with a small, collaborative team of 14, you'll benefit from the guidance of a highly experienced Director who takes an active role in project delivery.

The Construction Project Manager
The incoming Project Manager will have:
1. Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST
2. A construction-related degree qualification
3. Hotel & Leisure sector experience is highly desirable but not crucial
4. Professional accreditations (such as RICS, CIOB, APM) or committed to achieving
5. Ability to work independently as a project lead but also collaboratively within a team
6. Confident across all RIBA stages
7. A successful track record running projects
