Responsibilities
1. Manage the development and execution of events for Baller League
2. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to define event strategies, objectives, and deliverables. Effectively communicate progress and manage expectations across all stakeholders
3. Develop and maintain efficient event management procedures, streamlining processes and optimising operational efficiency to ensure consistency across all tournaments
4. Oversee all aspects for the league including budget management, timelines, program development, and creative elements
5. Manage the development and execution of comprehensive project plans for the Baller stadium, aligning with our strategic goals to enhance fan satisfaction and brand image
6. Facilitate ideation and implementation of new activations and on-site experiences, fostering creativity and innovation to enhance fan engagement
7. Analyse event metrics and guest feedback to identify trends, optimise guest satisfaction, and inform future event strategies
8. Proactively identify and mitigate risks across all event functions, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for all guests
