Pay: £11.66 per hour (£45 per Sleep-In Shift)
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Who Will I Be Supporting?
We support three individuals in their 40s-50s:
1. Outgoing Lady: Loves going to the theatre, weekend getaways, cooking meals from scratch, and playing games on her phone.
2. Active Lady : Enjoys gym, water aerobics, working on a farm, music, dancing, art, and holidays to Cornwall.
3. Spontaneous Chap: Enjoys music, singing, going to the day centre, and having a pint at the men's club. He’s very funny and adventurous.
They have learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and autism. They live together in their shared home but still have close relationships with their families, who they visit some weekends. Creative support workers who communicate well and have a good sense of humour would be a wonderful match.
What Will You Be Doing?
4. Empowering Independence : Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.
5. Daily Living Support: Provide varying levels of personal care, meal support, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
6. Providing Care: Support with medication, including epilepsy medication, which is well managed.
Flexible Shift Patterns
7. Day Shifts: 7am - 2pm (with potential to finish early)
8. Day Shifts: 2pm – 10pm
9. Day Shifts: 3pm – 10pm
10. Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm – 7am (Paid To Sleep)
This role involves working both weekdays and some weekends as these individuals sometimes visit family. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance. 1-2 sleep-in shifts are required per week.
