The Role As Vice Principal, you will support the Principal in providing strategic and operational leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Leading high-quality teaching and learning across the academy. Ensuring the curriculum, teaching, and assessment align to drive exceptional academic and pastoral outcomes. Inspiring and empowering staff through professional development and quality assurance. Playing a key role in the daily management of the academy and deputising for the Principal when required.
