1st Line Support Consultant - Software for the Leisure Sector
Basic Salary £25,000 + on call bonus + benefits
Located in Bath
My client has been producing market-leading software to the fitness and leisure industry for over 15 years and are now looking to add a 1st Line Support Consultant to their busy team. If you have great customer service experience and have worked in a structured customer service environment, working to KPIs and ticketing systems this could be a great opportunity for you!
The Role:
Working as part of a team of 6, you'll be logging and progressing 1st line support calls onto the support desk system
You'll make follow up customer care calls to ensure client satisfaction and maintain support documents and customer records on the CRM system.
Engaging with other departments and the wider team to ensure customer support tickets are resolved within the agreed timeframe and keeping clients informed of progression with issues and provide follow up as necessary
Working 4 days a week from the office in Bath City Centre and a Monday from home, from 9 - 5.30 but you'll also be on the out of hours rota, working one week in every 5 or 6 once you're fully trained.
The Person:
We're looking for someone with strong, structured customer service experience.and used to working to KPIs including average time to close an ongoing or open support ticket.
