A leading European frozen food brand with a strong presence across the UK and Europe is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This role involves business-to-business (B2B) sales, customer account management, and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls, route enquiries, and respond to customer emails via Microsoft Outlook.
* Process sales orders, including transport booking and updating systems.
* Communicate special offers and notify customers about out-of-stock items.
* Up-sell products to customers and identify opportunities for additional sales.
* Revive dormant customer accounts, supported by a commission-based structure.
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing and managing Electronic Data Invoicing (EDI) for larger clients (training provided).
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Fluent communication skills in Hindi and Urdu are essential.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
3. Experience with Sage Line 50 is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
