TransUnion is a major credit reference agency, and we offer specialist services in fraud, identity and risk management, automated decisioning and demographics. We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.
We’re looking for a Third Party Risk Analyst to join our growing team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
1. Create, maintain and distribute TPRM reports for internal and external stakeholder review and actioning
2. Collaborate with cross functional peers to develop and improve existing TPRM data and reporting; to meet the continually changing stakeholder requirements
3. Analyse TP performance through MI, with any key concerns or issues being promptly highlighted and escalated to the TP Risk Manager for further action where required
4. Provide regular insights on TP performance to stakeholders, to allow more effectively go-forward management
5. Provide TPRM support and guidance to key stakeholders specifically on its requirements, to ensure stakeholders are aware of their BAU responsibilities and effectively complete their duties
6. Liaise with TPs and stakeholders to arrange regular review meetings (attending as required) and maintain any resultant action plans defined by Relationship Owners (ROs), related risks, and Issue Logs to improve any supplier specific performance shortfalls
7. Ensuring the TU TP Inventory is effectively maintained, including adding new TPs and working with Procurement colleagues to gather an appropriate level of information, as part of the onboarding process.
8. Ensure TP governance and risk documentation is maintained, up-to-date and regularly reviewed as per requirements, to the highest standards, i.e. Tiering, Meeting Minutes, Exit Plans, Risk Registers, etc.
9. Create and maintain TP performance scorecards using data provided by ROs
10. Ensure the timely and effective management and escalation, any TP compliance matters or issues
11. Assess and monitor any key supply chain and subcontracting risks, ensuring a full subcontracting list is maintained and regularly refreshed and promote effective and timely remedial activity, as required
12. Work with stakeholders on the timely remediation of Third Line (Internal Audit) actions and ensure adequate remediation evidence is subsequently captured
13. Work with key stakeholders and TP Risk Manager to improve any shortfalls in adherence to the TPRM policy and minimum standards; with appropriate escalation where required
14. Work with TPs, stakeholders and the TP Risk Manager to further enhance the overarching supplier performance monitoring / evaluation process
15. Where there is an identified deviation in performance from a conduct, risk or compliance perspective, ensure robust action plans are generated and actions followed up on a timely basis
16. Provide regular TP insights to the Procurement team to inform key sourcing and renewal decisions
17. Create and maintain business toolkit, i.e. policy, process, templates, guides. etc.
