The Role: We are seeking a conscientious and efficient Finance Assistant to provide vital financial support to the Society. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a flexible environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with bank reconciliations and manage daily receipts and payments Support in the administration of Purchase and Sales Ledgers, including invoicing and credit control Help with month-end processes, including adjustments, accruals, and payroll reconciliation Provide administrative support for pension schemes, Gift Aid claims, and Society Branch returns Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining professionalism at all times Key Requirements: Educated to A-level standard/degree calibre Minimum 6 months of experience in an accounts/finance department Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) Strong English skills in both written and verbal communications Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Why Join Us?
