This exciting role reports to the Head of Cloud Services & Strategic Alliance Marketing and is pivotal in driving market awareness and lead generation for HSO's Cloud Services offerings. As the Cloud Services Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for: Support pipeline generation: Achieve ambitious lead generation and pipeline targets to support revenue growth across HSO's Cloud Services portfolio. Market positioning and differentiation: Develop and execute a go-to-market plan that positions HSO as the preferred partner for Microsoft Cloud solutions within our target markets. Ensure strong brand visibility and thought leadership in Microsoft Cloud solutions. Clearly articulate the value proposition of HSO's Cloud Services to customers, prospects, and partners, highlighting the business benefits gained through our solutions and services. Build credibility and relationships: Enhance HSO's credibility and reputation within the industry through targeted marketing campaigns. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, third-party agencies, partners, prospects, and customers. Content creation and communication: Develop and execute compelling content strategies, including website content, blogs, case studies, white papers, presentations, and social media campaigns. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels to reinforce HSO's brand identity and values. Innovation and creativity: Explore and implement innovative marketing tactics to reach target audiences and drive engagement. Stay abreast of Microsoft technology and industry trends. Requirements The ideal candidate We are looking for a marketing professional who can work at pace; be innovative and creative; self-sufficient and credible talking with internal stakeholders, third party agencies, partners, prospects and customers. You must be able to blend the marketing mix, and apply it in a way that differentiates HSO Experience 2 years B2B marketing experience within the IT sector. Solid background in building, maintaining and developing marketing contact lists using a CRM system. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) would be an advantage. Experience of social media and digital marketing techniques. Experience of working with third party agencies, e.g. Creative, Telemarketing, Exhibition organisers. Experience of partner co-op marketing would be an advantage. Experience in organising events and exhibitions. Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneNote, Teams) Solid understanding of the marketing mix and in tying this to ROI. Personal skills A hard worker who takes personal pride in what they deliver. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Self-starter with confidence to work on assignments independently. Able to establish good working relationships with internal staff at all levels as well as third party agencies and partners. Able to prioritise and work to deadlines. Responsibilities Work with the Head of Cloud Services & Strategic Alliance Marketing, the marketing team and key internal stakeholders to define and execute a Cloud Services marketing plan, with clearly defined objectives and targets. Develop and execute lead generation marketing campaigns to deliver the agreed targets for marketing qualified leads and sales pipeline. Network and build strong relationships with a range of external stakeholders including customers, suppliers and partners. Maintain and develop marketing contact lists. Segment and define target audiences and messaging for each campaign. Organise and attend a range of events such as exhibitions, events, webinars and advisory boards. Organise and attend internal social events and corporate hospitality events for customers and partners. Work with the Digital Marketing team and subject matter experts to collate, develop and produce relevant documentation for the web, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, e-blasts and sales collateral. Work with third party agencies to plan and deliver events. Develop automated email marketing programs. Provide input, support and monitor our external telemarking agency. Work with the EMEA and US marketing teams on corporate initiatives and events. Use the internal Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to maintain leads and opportunities.
