Role: We are looking for a data-driven and execution-oriented Mobile Growth & Platform Manager to drive the growth, adoption, and performance of our mobile applications across Casino and Sports verticals. Acting as a central enabler, you will collaborate with 4 dedicated Product Owners and a Product Shareholder to deliver measurable results through app store excellence, platform health, and mobile-focused growth initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Growth & Performance Own and improve key mobile KPIs: installs, retention, engagement, app store ratings, and revenue contribution (% total wager). Partner with the Acquisition Team to align on mobile acquisition strategy and performance insights. Drive in-app conversion and user lifecycle improvements in partnership with CRM and product teams. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with 4 Product Owners (Casino and Sports) to support cross-vertical initiatives that boost mobile growth. Act as the primary growth counterpart to the Product Shareholder, influencing the mobile roadmap with data-backed recommendations. Align and communicate with marketing, analytics, design, and customer support teams. Platform & App Store Management Ensure timely app updates, releases, and compliance with Apple and Google store requirements. Lead App Store Optimization (ASO), including A/B testing of creatives, descriptions, and metadata. Monitor and improve app ratings and reviews through smart review prompts and feedback loops. Maintain strong working relationships with Google and Apple account managers to stay ahead of platform changes, promotional opportunities, and compliance needs. ?? Analytics & Experimentation Set up and maintain a robust growth analytics framework using tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or similar. Lead experimentation and A/B testing on features, onboarding, and engagement flows. Provide regular reports and insights to the Product Shareholder and CPO. External Development Coordination Act as the liaison with external mobile app development partners. Ensure delivery of features that support growth and platform improvements. Track timelines, surface blockers, and ensure high-quality implementation and releases. Person Specifications: 4 years in mobile growth, product, or platform management roles. Proven track record in mobile user engagement, ASO, and platform optimization strategies. Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with mobile analytics and attribution tools. Experience working with or managing external development teams. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Existing strong relationships with Google and Apple account managers is a significant plus.
