Job Description: Hays Bristol Finance Team is currently recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant to join a prestigious law firm in central Bristol. This role is designed to cover a period of unexpected absence and support a busy budgeting period within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Core finance management accounts
2. KPI reporting and maintenance of targets
3. Billing and hours targets
4. Month-end reconciliations, checks, and reviews
Requirements:
1. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
2. Proven experience as a Management Accountant
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:
1. Hybrid/Remote working flexibility
2. 1 day per week on-site in central Bristol
3. Remaining days can be worked from home
