We are looking for a Service Administrator to support our client's team with administrative, service, and finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer and field service calls and emails.
* Create quotations, raise service reports, and ensure timely distribution.
* Manage field engineers' schedules and assist with workload planning.
* Generate and distribute KPI reports.
* Provide holiday cover and support management and service personnel as needed.
* Assist with finance queries, expense reconciliation, and invoice-related customer support.
* Support spare parts billing in the Office Manager's absence.
What we are looking for:
