Overview of role
Purpose:
* To support the HR Business Partner in providing a proactive, effective and professional HR service to the site and all its internal customers.
* Ensuring the site adheres to Group driven Policies, procedures, initiatives and statutory legislation whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations.
* Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of all aspects of Group driven Human Resource Management including employee reward, relations, development and resourcing including recruitment and selection on site.

* Carry out other duties that may reasonably be required as requested by HR Business Partner
* Any other HR admin, reports, project work and filing as requested.
