Position Overview
As Research and Enterprise Support Coordinator, you will support across the remit of the Project Delivery Support Team. You will complete project documents and forms, ensuring adherence to research and enterprise (R&E) funder rules and deadlines are met. You will support with all funder processes and systems; therefore, an excellent knowledge of the funding landscape and funder systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support post award processes including due diligence, taking ownership as appropriate.
2. Proactively engage with the Worktribe system to ensure the post award information is complete and accurate for reporting purposes, by regularly reviewing records and engaging with staff at all levels for input.
3. Manage the Project Delivery Support Team’s data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR and data retention schedules.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high level of emotional intelligence who has the ability to develop strong working relationships with staff at all levels across the University to ensure quality service delivery, demonstrating political awareness, diplomacy and tact. You will need a proven track record of reviewing R&E projects along with an excellent understanding of priorities, rules and guidance of key R&E funders relevant to higher education. You will need the ability to work in a challenging environment, adapting to changing priorities and timescales and meet deadlines, demonstrating enthusiasm and evidence of a proactive solution focused approach.
