Full time and permanent opportunity, working at a static site based in Leeds (LS2).
Package includes:
1. Competitive salary up to £37,000

Main duties will include:
1. Responding to and completing the planned, reactive and repair work
2. Carrying out all aspects of Electrical Maintenance tasks
3. Responding to other general building maintenance tasks when required
4. Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained
5. Complying with health and safety policies/legislation
6. Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders
The ideal candidate must have the following:
1. Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification that ensures the candidate is fully competent
2. 18th edition qualified
3. Must hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
4. Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry
5. Ability to work independently and unsupervised
