Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do? Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines. Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle. Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA. Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available. Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager. Completes daily reports regarding activities What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer? Full UK Driving Licence Excellent Communication Skills Self Motivated Customer Focused Ability to work shifts Ability to work on own initiative Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential What’s in it for you?
