We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse in Ashford to provide dedicated, one-on-one care during nights. We have a vacancy for 1 full time nurse or 2 part time nurses working 2 shifts per week

About the role:
Our client is a bright and playful 14-month-old with a cheeky personality who thrives on attention, cuddles, and companionship. They love sensory experiences, eagerly exploring different textures and temperatures with curiosity and delight. Every moment spent with them is filled with joy as they engage with the world in their own unique way.
We provide comprehensive care tailored to their complex clinical needs. They require ongoing support for chronic lung issues, including ventilation and nebuliser treatments.
Their care also includes tracheostomy management, PEG feeding via gastrostomy, seizure management, medication administration, personal care, and moving/handling assistance. Our focus is on ensuring they remain comfortable, happy, and able to enjoy every experience to the fullest.

* Monday Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday – 21:00 – 06:00

Responsibilities
* Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs.
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
* Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
* Ability to fit seamlessly into the school setting.
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
* Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
