Martek Marine specialises in providing sustainable solutions to the maritime industry to ensure ship safety, efficiency, and crew well-being!
A typical day in this role might include:
* Starting your day by checking the sales email inboxes, and continuing to manage them throughout the day, answering queries where possible, liaising with Marketing, allocating leads to the right person to take the next action.
* Having a quick meeting with your sales team to see where you can best support them.
* Spending some time ensuring enquiries and records are up to date on all systems.
* After lunch you might dedicate some time to working in Excel, manipulating data, creating and updating any reports and/or dashboards.
* Then you might spend the rest of the afternoon collecting prospect data and call lists for each salesperson, for them to get in contact with over the weeks to come during their Sales Power Hour.
* You’ll also be liaising with Marketing, to ensure all leads have been allocated to the right person to take the next action.
* You might end the day with a last min request to update a product page for a customer on InDesign.
This role would be perfect for someone who is:
* Highly organised
* An admin expert
* A great verbal and written communicator
* Familiar with M365 and Microsoft CRM - this is desirable, so please do apply if you’re au fait with picking up new systems.
* Happy spending part of their day working in Excel!
Please note that this role can be hybrid after an induction period. If hybrid, the working pattern would be Mon & Fri work from home, and Wed-Thurs in the office. This role can be fully in office if preferred.
