Finance Assistant - part time, flexible hours Salary is pro-rata Working for a small, but rapidly growing company in the trades sector, this Finance Assistant will be able to work 18 hours on a flexible basis between 0800-1630, with the option to increase these hours as the role and company grow. Preferably at least AAT level 2 qualified, you will be fully responsible for all day to day financial functions: Managing the delivery of payroll, in line with the payroll schedule Checking purchase orders against invoices and inputting onto the system Assisting with month-end Invoice payment Generating sales invoices and credit notes Associated administration You will be familiar with Quickbooks, or similar, be able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and able to carry out a range of administrative duties, being happy to help out where needed in the small, very friendly office team.
