Job Description
Oversee Tenant Improvement projects and new development projects. Manage the construction process while identifying and solving problems that arise. Maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and employees.
Work with local municipalities to ensure proper permitting and inspections. Help to establish and maintain project schedules including start, progress, and completion schedules. Hold the subcontractors accountable for their performance.
Ability to review and interpret the plans, specifications, and contracts as they relate to each individual trade involved in the construction of the project. Ensure completion of all final punch lists and that projects are completed before final payment and/or occupancy. Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines. Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.

2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to speak in public with a wide variety of people (including contractors, clients, and management).
4. Seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented self-starter with excellent attention to detail and emphasis placed on quality.
5. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), QuickBooks, Yardi or other property management software.
What's on Offer
Full-time salary $90,000 - $100,000 per year - depending on experience.
