Support first contact resolution of queries including diagnosing & scheduling repairs and with rent, ASB, lettings and home ownership queries. Help provide an accessible, value for money customer experience to meet the diverse needs of our customers, in line with our policies. You’ll be comfortable working with colleagues across our business, in an environment focused on continuous improvement, value for money, learning and innovation. You’ll build relationships with partners to provide excellent services for customers, whilst embracing our ‘One Team’ approach.
