The Role: Join our dynamic audit team as a Senior Internal Auditor, where you will lead the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting and follow up. You will assess financial, operational, and compliance processes, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure the integrity of our operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference and lead a small team of junior auditors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute internal audits across various departments. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management. Develop and implement audit plans and testing strategies. Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations. Line manage junior team members. What You’ll Need to Do the Role: Desirable educated to degree level. Desirable achieved a professional qualification (e.g. CIA or ACA/CIMA/ACCA). Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or an equivalent. Good understanding of core operational and financial systems, processes, risks and controls. Strong analytical and communication skills; curious, proactive and responsive. Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional long haul.
