As a Customer Care Coordinator on-site in the East London Area, you will be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth transition into their new homes and handling any post-move-in needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, addressing queries and managing their post-move-in experience.
2. Coordinate with teams and contractors to address any issues efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
4. Keep homeowners informed on the status of their requests.
5. Continuously seek ways to enhance the homeowner experience.
