As a member of the Environment & Safety team, it is key that you are able to work independently, as well as working efficiently as part of a team. The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to): Scheduling work for the Occupational Hygiene team based in the South of the UK Communicating directly with our customers over email and phone Monitoring and updating spreadsheets used to track job progress and ensure deadlines are met Liaising with staff across different departments and building rapport To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks Professionalism and customer service skills About Environment & Safety Our Environmental team is made up of many different specialists all operating within different areas of expertise. The main areas we cover are Environmental Monitoring & Consultancy and Occupational Hygiene, together with specialist laboratories to support our services. Our services range from on site monitoring and sample collection, ranging from local businesses to large Government contracts, to consultancy works on large contaminated land projects, complimented with onsite works for dust, noise, and local exhaust emissions.
