Role Purpose At CBRE we are actively investing in new technology and capability, and are now in the need of a new marketing executive to support our busy European Digital Marketing team. This role will work closely to support the current team across various platforms and processes, including in assisting: rolling out and supporting new technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and our new client facing Preference Centre; regional web marketing campaigns; providing user support across a variety of platforms including our website CMS; and support and approvals for over 1,000 users of our existing email campaign tool across Continental Europe (CE). Key Responsibilities Marketing Technology (Initially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Preference Centre) Assist the regional martech lead in supporting the expansion of marketing technologies across the CE region. Work closely with the regional martech lead and the regional D&T team to support the development of our email and marketing automation centres of excellence for our businesses across CE. Assist with tasks related to marketing automation projects, such as audience segmentation, email deliverability, tracking email performance, and helping to grow the opt-in database per market. Making data accessible and actionable within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for local markets, including maintaining data extensions as well as ensuring maintenance of stable data integrations between SFMC and external systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC campaign execution. Identify queries from local markets and write them into user stories for development, testing and quality assurance. Develop and maintain documentation for agreed processes and configurations. CMS: Sitecore Support Sitecore (CMS) users across Continental Europe. Assist with day-to-day queries, providing guidance on best practice, training new users, and existing users on new functionality. Champion CE requirements at the global level from both a technical and strategic perspective. Update and author content across CE corporate websites including regional Insights and other project-specific webpage updates. Campaign Logic Provide user support and approvals for over 1,000 users on our global e-communications platform, Campaign Logic. Support includes new account set up, user and platform support, training documentation maintenance and GDPR related tasks. Other Digital Platform Support Provide support on access, user queries and training on digital marketing tools including Qumu, SEM Rush, Conductor, Looker Studio, and Yext. Qualifications and Experience Experience in working in a business or marketing environment. Understanding of digital marketing platforms and processes. CMS Experience, ideally Sitecore. Email and Marketing Automation experience, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong analytical abilities. Experience delivering training in a business environment. Minimum of 2-3 years relevant digital marketing experience. Soft Skills Excellent attention to detail and highly organised. Fast learner and ability to adapt to new information and deadlines quickly. Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively at all times. Manage time effectively while managing multiple priorities and projects concurrently. Passion for digital marketing and a desire to improve the user experience. A strong team player with high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Confident and effective written and verbal communication, and project management skills.
