About the role
As a Team Manager in Wandsworth, you will champion anti-racist and anti-oppressive practices, ensuring services are equitable and transformative for children and families of diverse backgrounds.
Your role will include allocating work, performance monitoring and supporting the development of the team. You will be able to think on your feet in terms of case allocation and understanding the needs of children and young people.
Essential requirements of this Social Work Team Manager role:
* You will hold social work qualification with Social Work England Registration
* Leadership and management experience.
* Proven experience of working across voluntary and statutory agencies with applied knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance.
* You will be a passionate and driven social worker who is looking to develop further your management experience in practice with disabled children and their families.
