The Role
• Remediating vehicle orders generated using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) that require manual intervention due to complexity or other exceptions.
• Assisting with ‘back office’ Finance tasks and accurately inputting information into various systems.
• Meeting performance standards for quality, responsiveness, and attendance.
• Adhering to process, compliance, and information security standards.
• Interpreting/interrogating exception reports to identify order errors.
• Manually amending vehicle orders where errors exist.
• Vehicle Stock tagging errors where systems are inconsistent.
• Vehicle Registration block removals based on the manual interrogation of reports/requests.
• Identifying and correcting order inconsistencies between systems and Order cancellation confirmation.
What We Are Looking For
Key Responsibilities:
• Previous experience in an administrative role that requires accuracy and attention to detail – ideally in a high-volume sales order processing or finance role.
• Analytically minded, with strong IT application skills, fast and accurate data entry skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure and be adaptable.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; competent PC user.
• Able to remain professional, calm, and polite when under pressure.
• Has the courage to question processes that would deliver the wrong outcome for a customer.
• Energetic, able to remain positive and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
• Able to use own initiative to make decisions based on agreed policies and procedures.
