What you'll do:
1. Guide potential buyers through the shared ownership process, providing expert advice and support.
2. Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience at every step.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
5. Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress.
What you'll need:
1. Proven sales experience, ideally within property or shared ownership.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. A proactive, driven approach with a passion for helping others.
5. Knowledge of the local property market in Rugby would be a plus.
