Customer Service Advisor
Our client in the retail sector is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Head Office to handle a high volume of inbound sales queries.
The position is office-based; however, it will be hybrid, so some home working will be expected.
Candidates must be flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern of 17.5 hours per week across 4 days.
Must be able to work hours on Saturday and Sunday every week and two weekday evenings between 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
The role and responsibilities:
1. Handling a range of queries through various channels including inbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media messages from prospective customers.
2. Establishing customer requirements and finding appropriate solutions.
3. Supporting existing customers and checking in to ensure they are satisfied with the service they have received.
4. Maintenance of company records and database of customers as well as keeping up to date with current policies and procedures.
5. Working towards team and individual targets.
What we are looking for:
1. Previous experience in a Call Centre/phone-based Customer Service role.
2. Flexibility regarding shift patterns. All shifts will be either evenings or weekends.
3. Previous experience working towards targets and KPIs. Target-driven.
4. Great communication and tech skills.
