Description As Anson Sales Manager for Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, you will be responsible for selling FlowLine products and managing the UK based Inside Sales Team. You will utilise your selling and management skills, to achieve the business targets within this region, and foster excellent customer relationships while motivating and leading your Inside Sales team. As Anson Sales Manager you will focus on key performance areas of, maximizing sales order intake, managing back-office sales support and customer care, and contributing to financial forecasting. Using technical understanding of the Anson equipment, commercial selling skills, and people skills you will develop the business in-line with our agreed strategy. Developing our business goes hand in hand with developing your people’s skills, with the support of the Sales Director, you will be open to career progression within your team and continued self-development to reach personal and business goals. High levels of self-motivation and autonomy are required in this role. Duties & Responsibilities Direct responsibility for delivering the sales orders-in plan for the Anson product line in your region, through both direct sales activities and leading your inside sales team. Initiate and manage relationships with customers to understand their needs and secure sales. Frequent travel to meet clients or attend conferences. Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals in written documents and presentations. Prospect for new clients and recover dormant accounts. Monthly report to Senior Management, including sales orders-in forecast, quote activity, new orders, new clients, customer feedback and business outlook. Manage sales pipeline to ensure sales forecasts are consistently achieved. Line manager supervision of the Anson Inside Sales Department, supporting quote preparation for all local and international regions when required. Lead, manage, and develop the inside sales team. Management of Sales department’s interface into the organization and communicating client’s needs e.g., certification and shipping etc. to responsible departments. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Understands the business needs and drivers and connecting them to the objectives of key stakeholders Clearly communicates direction and aspirations, sets metrics and conducts regular review with constructive feedback. Able to mentor and develop direct reports through formal processes and exposure to new tasks. Can be counted on to take personal responsibility in challenging situations and be willing to engage in disputes to settle them equitably. Able to comprehensively define roles, identify talent and effectively staff in accordance with business structural requirements. Anticipates obstacles and is prepared with contingency plans so as not to impede the drive to the goal; keeps everyone on track.
