Role Overview: In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with SEND. You’ll play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND. Assist in the preparation and delivery of differentiated learning materials. Foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
