My client is a main car dealership based in Leatherhead, currently seeking a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team.
Vehicle Sales Administrator Role:
We are looking for an extremely organized individual with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be highly efficient, hardworking, and experienced with computer programs, including Excel. Strong typing skills and good grammar are essential.
Duties:
1. Provide excellent support and administrative service to the Sales Department.
2. Ensure efficient processing of new, used, and fleet vehicle orders.
3. Develop effective contacts with manufacturers and suppliers.
4. Handle customer requests and queries efficiently to ensure total customer satisfaction.
5. Assist the retailer in achieving industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
Applicant’s Requirements:
* Must be computer literate.
* Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator is essential.
* Experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade is required.
* Proven record of accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders is preferable but not essential.
* Good communication skills are a must.
* Well organized, efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
* Flexibility during busy periods is preferable.
