Our (D2C) business has now reached an exciting pinnacle and we are hiring a Social Media & Community Manager (legend) to support our next chapter. You’ll develop and execute great ideas and campaigns across our social media channels, and be responsible for developing a true sense of community. Working closely with our ambassadors, athletes, and customers, you will be the creative mind behind our content and how we use it. And be able to execute your ideas to get content produced. With great freedom comes great responsibility. The perfect candidate will be a forward-thinking storyteller, a community leader, and an expert in owned social media. This is all about community, not advertising. You’ll have a creative eye to keep our social feeds elevated, informed and reflective of 3RD ROCK’s brand values and diverse, inclusive community. This hybrid role is partially based in Belper (DE56) and the comfort of your home. Whilst there will be some office visit expectations, this won't be the deciding factor in who we hire Role & Responsibilities Act as ‘front of house’ across all 3RD ROCK social platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Drive their engagement and growth. Develop organic social media content, plans, campaigns and activations for products, brand marketing and key cultural moments Build and manage our ambassador and influencer programmes Produce a robust social content plan that is inspiring, energetic, cheeky and accessible for a modern audience. Leave plenty of room for spontaneous and tactical social activity as you see fit - have fun with it Use your creative flair and quick wit to design impactful assets with clever copy Attend studio and outdoor shoots to create content Own community management and the scheduling, publishing and reporting of all social content Skills and experience required: Due to the volume of applications, we will only consider applicants who have: a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on social media experience With a proven track record in growth and engagement in a DTC-first business, ideally clothing/fashion 3 years' experience and a proven track record of multiple channel and account organic growth Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fantastic attention to detail and factual accuracy Prior experience with social media management and analytics tools and understanding of the competitive landscape A passion for diversity and inclusion and a strong awareness of key cultural issues relevant to our core audiences Experience working with influencers and content creators An obsession with trends and tools in social media, marketing, technology and advertising.
