Key Responsibilities Drive strategic leadership by developing regional business plans with support teams, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. Oversee financial performance, meeting or exceeding budgeted targets and closely monitoring contract budgets for financial health. Lead team development by mentoring Operations Managers and direct reports, fostering a culture of respect, engagement, and continuous improvement. Manage and nurture key client relationships, focusing on contract expansion and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, leading to long-term partnership growth. Requirements Proven leadership at the director level, with a successful track record in managing operations across multiple locations. Strong financial acumen, including experience overseeing revenues exceeding £5 million, ensuring robust financial performance and budget management. Exceptional client relationship skills, excelling in contract retention and driving new business development, with the opportunity to work with an already established, high-profile client looking to expand further.
