Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions, upselling products, and meeting sales targets. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handling any issues that arise during the sales process or after a purchase. Staying informed about the products and services offered to provide accurate information to customers.
