Clinical Director (GP) - Primary & Urgent Care
Are you a visionary clinical leader ready to drive excellence and innovation in patient care? At HUC, we are seeking an inspiring clinical director to join our senior leadership team and make a lasting impact on the future of healthcare delivery. This is fixed term maternity cover post for up to 12 months and is 0.8 FTE (0.6 FTE management and 0.2 FTE clinical). It is a hybrid role which requires presence at different sites across HUC network.
This role combines clinical and managerial responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to lead transformative change while staying connected to hands-on patient care. Clinical duties will be performed on Mondays and Tuesdays (14:00 - 18:00) in St Albans IUCH. Remaining hours to be agreed.
HUC is a forward-thinking organisation committed to exceptional healthcare and continual patient-centred improvement. As a clinical director, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working alongside our chief medical officer and leadership team to shape the future of clinical services.

They will work alongside the chief medical officer whilst being accountable for their own services, supporting and line managing a team of lead GPs.
