The overall aim of these posts is to facilitate the support and sign posting to current services eg benefits advice, local support groups. The development of the role will be led by the needs of the service and the successful candidates therefore will be adaptable and willing to work flexibly with individual personal development encouraged and supported. The posts will require cross site working and also link in with community projects so it is essential that the post holders have a current driving licence and can offer and meet the flexible service requirements.
