The year 2023 has seen Ward & Rider go from strength to strength, with their new offices in Kenilworth opening in July this year. We are now looking to expand all our teams in Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence/Conveyancing/Wills & Probate and Family.
Our PI/Clinical Negligence team is 18 lawyers strong, and we are now handling more £1million plus cases than ever before. Our lawyers have autonomy over the running of their cases and always put the client’s needs at the forefront of everything they do. There are no fast track/multi track teams - every lawyer gets the chance to handle both types of cases, with support and mentoring if their experience does not match the needs of the case. This then gives them the experience for the next multi-track matter.
This will in turn offer you a wealth of learning opportunities and exposure to a variety of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims including, but not limited to: Employers Liability, Public Liability, RTA, and Clinical Negligence claims ranging from delayed diagnosis, birthing injuries, and cosmetic claims, allowing you to become a well-rounded Lawyer.
We have lots of good quality work and are looking for passionate lawyers to expand our team.
So if you are looking for a rewarding role in PI/Clinical Negligence, where you will be working with some of the best lawyers in their field, we are interested in hearing from you.
We believe that a strong secretary is worth their weight in gold to all lawyers – it allows lawyers to do the lawyer work and secretaries to support with everything else!
We have a very generous bonus scheme of 20% of any fees brought in above your target, which is not dependent on whether the team reaches target, it’s individual – we believe in rewarding lawyers for their hard work.
