We have an exciting vacancy to join our Governance and Risk team, working remotely with weekly travel to services reporting to the Head of Quality - Care. In this role you will be providing assurance and support for operational quality and safety for an identified number of Childrens homes and Residential Special Schools, as well as providing guidance, coaching and auditing to achieve desired results. A responsive, flexible and proactive approach is required, whilst supporting Registered Managers and Senior Leadership Team to develop and improve the quality of the practice and services provided. Please note this position will cover one of the following regions : North West England East Anglia What are we looking for? Educated to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) (Children and Young People's Management) or equivalent Trained to level 5 safeguarding IT literate and able to work with Microsoft programmes, and IT systems to collate and use data to support clinical practice and outcomes. Full operational understanding of the standards pertaining to regulation, including Ofsted, DFE, ESTYN, CIW, CIS To understand the measures of service effectiveness including standards, related evidence, assessment and outcome measurement; young person and family feedback.
