The post holder will provide speech and language therapy services at 3 of our learning disability residential services in the geographical region. This post is suitable for a newly qualified SLT, including 2025 graduates. The post holder will cover the following: Thornfield Grange (2 days per week) - Oaklands (2 days per week) - Redlands ( day per week) - The remaining day will be for clinical administration and working on personal development. The homes are specialist residential services for individuals with a learning disability and autistic adults who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those we support, promoting independence and community integration.This role is a permanent position working 5 days a week with a maximum caseload size of 15. The post holder will also have the opportunity to complete their post-basic dysphagia training in June 2025 and be supported with evidencing competence in this field of practice.
