We are seeking a secretary for our clients litigation team. The professional team of fee earners are seeking an experienced legal secretary from a litigious background to join this busy and highly successful team. You will be responsible for providing full support to your colleagues and fee earners, assisting in various civil and commercial matters, as well as delivering excellent service in a timely manner. Your typical duties will include:
* Case preparation
* Research
* Arranging/attending client meetings
This is a varied role and you will be involved with marketing and assisting the team with raising the profile of the firm as well as networking. The firm have a modern approach and a good CMS.
We are seeking someone with excess of 3 years legal secretarial experience in Dispute Resolution department who will be an integral member of the team, who is able to manage a busy workload, have a meticulous eye for detail and have a systematic and organised working style, as well as being able to have involvement with invoicing.
