Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a QHSE Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting our customer LVMH. As a QHSE Manager, you will ensure that the site is 100% safety compliant while leading the delivery of the site safety strategy and providing Health and Safety support and guidance to the Operational teams.
This is a full-time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00; however, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensure F2508 and F2508A reports are completed in a timely manner, together with all supporting documentation required.
* Identify H&S training needs of the colleagues and liaise with the managers to nominate the colleagues for training courses.
* Create and maintain the annual site Safety, Health and Environmental Management improvement plan.
* Provide statistical summaries of incidents to managers and draw attention to significant trends and occurrences.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Holder of a NEBOSH General qualification or similar is essential.
* Proven Health and Safety Management experience, ideally with a strong LEAN background.
* Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
