A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Physiotherapist Team Leader to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist Team leader to join the team working with outpatients. This is a Team leader position, therefore the post holder will manage the day-to-day running of the outpatient physiotherapy team to ensure effective staffing levels to provide high-quality patient care whilst meeting the needs of the business
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be working as a Physiotherapist Team Leader in outpatients and will be responsible for:
1. Work and lead the team across multiple Outpatient areas
2. Take a lead role in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patient caseload.
3. Oversee and planning of the 6 day working rota in Outpatient Physiotherapy.
4. Provide education and teaching to the physiotherapy group.
5. Develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient using clinical reasoning skills.
6. Take into consideration patients’ physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing
7. Managing a clinical caseload of mainly orthopaedic patients.
Who we’re looking for:
8. HCPC registration – your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
9. BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
10. Evidence of leadership or management roles previously is essential
11. At least 2 years + UK experience
12. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
13. Experience working in a UK hospital environment is essential.
