Within this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients across all age groups within the general practice setting. Main duties of the job We are looking for an experienced practice nurse who can undertake all practice nursing duties and act as the respiratory lead within the nursing team, looking after our more complicated asthma and COPD patients alongside the GPs. The right candidate would ideally already have experience in managing respiratory illness or must have a willingness to learn. About us Southwell Medical Centre is a semi-rural practice in the heart of Nottinghamshire, serving a patient population of circa 12300 patients. We have a large multi-disciplinary clinical team including permanently employed staff as well as ARRS staff employed by our PCN. We are a really friendly team, looking to maintain good levels of patient care within our nursing team.
