Band D Part time 22.50 Hours per week - 39 Weeks per year Permanent The Governors of Hayfield Special School are seeking to appoint an experienced play worker to lead and manage our enthusiastic and hardworking team within our wraparound care provision. We require a caring, committed individual who has the ability to lead a small team and inspire trust and confidence in children. The role involves supervising the wrap around care team and planning and delivering an exciting range of programmes and activities for children aged 3-11, in the allocated play spaces. The Breakfast and After School Clubs will be a new venture for our school and we are seeking a senior play worker who will take a lead role in setting up and establishing this new provision. The successful candidates must be self-motivated, flexible and a good team player, who are dedicated to ensuring that the clubs are a pleasurable and safe experience for our children. We are seeking a Senior Play Worker who will work for 5 days, Monday to Friday, working 4.5 hrs per day on a split shift (Shift 1: 07:30am - 9:15am; Shift 2: 3:15 pm - 6:00pm).
