Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities include:
Servicing, maintaining, and installing equipment at customer sites nationwide.
Responding promptly and professionally to customer demands, working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Installing new machines and providing operator training.
Liaising effectively with customers, colleagues, and the sales team.
Participating in training courses as required.
