About the Role: As the Senior Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the service department. Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will supervise a team of 3-4 Service Agents and ensure maximum productivity and efficiency within the department. Key Responsibilities: Supervising a team of Service Agents and ensuring workloads are distributed effectively. Producing and analysing reports to improve departmental efficiency. Managing service-related escalations in line with company policies. Ensuring the CRM system is fully utilised to its potential. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Service Manager to optimise departmental productivity. Managing phone channels and addressing client inquiries when required. About You: We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with the following qualities: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a service or customer/sales environment. Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently. A "Can-Do" attitude, with the adaptability to manage change effectively. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
