Main duties of the job As a receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of The Dove Medical Practice. Your day-to-day duties will include welcoming patients to the surgery, answering phone calls, booking appointments, managing patient queries, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks. Youll be using our clinical systems to help keep everything running smoothly, ensuring patients receive the care they need as efficiently as possible.
